All MBABA member establishments have conditions in respect of deposits, payment terms and cancellations, generally in accordance with those set out below. However, individual members' conditions may differ and should therefore be verified when making a reservation. 

Deposits:  
A deposit of 50% of the reservation/booking value is required. In most instances credit cards can be used as security or payment for a deposit.  For payment of deposits by credit card, the transaction is likely to be effected prior to your arrival.

Payments:  
Payment of the outstanding balance of the reservation/booking value to be made on or before the date of arrival.

Cancellations:
Where a reservation or partial reservation is cancelled prior to arrival, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation at any time of a complete reservation and up to 28 (twenty eight) calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Reservation Value.
Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 28 (twenty eight) calendar days and up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% (twenty five per cent) of the value of cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value.
Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and up to 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% (fifty per cent) of the value of cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value. 
Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days and up to 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% (seventy five per cent) of the value of cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value. 
Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation within 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the value of cancelled part of the Total Reservation Value. 
Cancellation or partial cancellation of a reservation on or after arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the value of the cancelled part of the remaining Reservation Value.
Cancellation fees will be applied at the discretion of establishment and in any event will only be applied if the cancelled accommodation cannot be re-let.

Amendments to Reservations:
In the event that a confirmed reservation is amended in respect of the length of stay and/or type of accommodation and/or services prior to the date of arrival, the establishment reserves the right to revise any discounts quoted in the Reservation Confirmation and/or to cancel the reservation in total or in part and/or charge a cancellation fee.

Right of Admission 
The  right of admission to, and the right to terminate a reservation in full or in part is reserved by the member's establishment. In the event that this right is applied in full or in part, the establishment, at its discretion, has the right to retain any payment made and/or be paid the outstanding balance of the reservation value.
